It has been a pretty productive week, if I say so myself!
I finished and gave the “Surprise” Quilt to my Mom for her birthday…and she loves it! Here she is with my hubby, already putting it to use!
Secondly, I assembled the a quilt top and the backing {A Walk in the Woods} for my friend, Pierre’s newest family member:
Thirdly, I made all the blocks for “A Star is Born”; baby quilt for one of my daughter’s friends. The sashing and backing fabric is already on its way.
And last, but definitely not least, I made the tops for twin doll quilts for another family friend’s daughter. This was made up of leftover fabric that went into her baby quilt! I know she is going to be so excited.
Considering that I still work full-time, and the weather has been crazy – I am really happy about my accomplishments.
Now head on over to Lee’s Freshly Pieced and see what everyone else is up to.
Until next time, Connie

what a beautiful sweet quilt, the tops are great too & will make wonderful quilts

Thanks, Helen!
These are all so pretty!
What a treasure chest of beauties. You should be proud of your handiwork. You definitely cheer up your loved ones with these pieces. And to think, you work full time as well. Where do you find the time? God’s blessings to you.
Thank you – my kids are all grown and living on their own…I do this to relax and create! Thanks for your kind words.
Happy belated Birthday to your mom! That quilt is so beautiful – wonderful pattern and so lovely fabrics! x Teje
