February is the time for all things Valentine. This week’s prompt is {hearts}
Bella writes:
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I am about to zap you with two very cliche photo prompts. I can’t help myself ~ it’s one of my favorite holidays.
So week 42 is all about hearts. I see a melted heart in the photo above. You would be surprised how they can show up in the most unexpected places! Find a heart and share it here on Wed. Feb 6th when Gallery 42 {Hearts} opens up!
Though I kept my eyes open for nature’s hearts, I just couldn’t see them…so I had to give nature a helping hand.
… my hubby asked if I was leaving him ‘love notes’. ”Of course!” I replied
Just for fun, I am also including my ‘heart’ cookie cutter collection – dusted off and waiting to be put to good use this coming weekend!
Hope you are eagerly anticipating Valentine’s…what do you have planned? In the meantime, head on over to the 52 Photos Project page and see what everyone else has come up with.
Until next time, Connie

I love your helping hand to nature, and your response to your husband. =) My husband is gone, so I plan to write love notes to my sons. =)
Love is all around – I’m sure your sons will be very happy to be your Valentine! **hugs**
Oh my — you reminded me of the collection of heart cookie presses that I haven’t used for ages. I wonder if shortbread dough would work in them. Time to experiment.
There is a great recipe for ‘spritz’ cookies in the “Joy of Cooking” cookbook…let me know if you want that recipe. I’d be happy to send it to you.
I love the creative simplicity of the snow heart. I’m always shooting for more simplicity in my photography. Love the border too.
Thank you! 😄
I do hope you instagram the results!! Lovely hearts, even the handmade kind. Thank you for sharing.
